World Buckfast Day is on Saturday the 11th of May 2019 and to celebrate this event we have put together a four course feast for you to cook as you don't just have to drink that bottle of B!
The feast begins with a starter of Buckie Mustard, Bacon & Black Pudding Salad, then we've a Bacon, Buckie Mustard, Courgette & Cashel Blue Cheese Soup, for the main course it's our Buckie Bourguignon followed by the grand finale of our Buckie Cheese Cake for dessert.
