A Brand New Collaboration with the completely sound folk at Tribe Gin in wonderful Salthill. This Wholegrain Dijon style mustard is flavoured with their premium gin made using botanicals and seaweed native to the west of Ireland.
We add more Seaweed from Connemara and Sea Salt from The Wild Atlantic Way. Let them all be pals for a while and then hand fill and label the jars.
